Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
These terms apply to your use of LingvaBill. By creating an account you agree to them. LingvaBill is provided by Prav Development Ltd (trading as LingvaBill), company number 17313021, registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
1. The service
LingvaBill lets you create, manage and send invoices, quotes and related documents, work in your chosen language, and optionally accept card payments from your clients. We may improve or change features over time.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity on your account. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 and using LingvaBill for a genuine business purpose.
3. Free invoices and subscription
Your first 10 real invoices are free, and test invoices are always free and unlimited. After that, continued use of paid features requires a subscription of £3.29 per month. You can cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period, and you keep access to your existing data.
4. Payments
Subscription payments and any card payments from your clients are processed by Stripe. By using these features you also agree to Stripe's terms. Stripe's processing fees apply to card payments taken from your clients; those fees are set by Stripe, not by us.
5. Your content and your clients' data
You own the content you create in LingvaBill. You're responsible for making sure the information on your invoices is correct and lawful, and that you have the right to enter your clients' details. We process this data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — for example, not to use it for fraud or unlawful activity, not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and not to use it to send unlawful or abusive content.
7. Invoice accuracy and tax
LingvaBill helps you produce UK-style invoices, including VAT and CIS handling, but you remain responsible for your own tax affairs and for checking that your invoices are correct for your circumstances. LingvaBill is a tool, not tax or legal advice.
8. Availability
We work to keep LingvaBill available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may occasionally need to suspend the service for maintenance.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LingvaBill is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from incorrect information you enter. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using LingvaBill and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; significant changes will be dated at the top. These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
